Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

The reception is open around the clock, but if the guest checks in after 06:00 PM, it is necessary to warn the hotel in advance by calling. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

Due to the dangerous epidemiological situation, breakfast is ordered in advance and served in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast is not available at this time.

Foreign citizens have to pay a registration fee of 150.00 RUB per person for the entire stay.

Free service animals are allowed for people with disabilities upon request.

In accordance with the hotel's Pet Policy, pets are allowed in the owner's room subject to a deposit of RUB 2000.00, which is refundable if no damage is found upon check-in.

The cost of placing a pet is RUB 800.00 per day. The service is available upon request.

For pets weighing over 7 kg, only one pet is allowed per room.

Check-in with pets is possible in the following categories of rooms: Economy, Standard, and Comfort.

By prior agreement: Standard improved.

Pets are not allowed in Business and Junior Suite rooms.
