Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

When checking in, you must have original valid passports for all living Russian citizens from 14 years old and a birth certificate for children under 14 years old. Checking in with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible. In the absence of all passports and a birth certificate, settlement is impossible. Minor children can only stay at the hotel with their parents or responsible adults who have permission from the child's parents.

Baby cot for children under 3 years old is provided free of charge. The hotel must be notified in advance if baby cots are required as there are limited availability.

In the rooms of the Comfort Studio, Business Standard, Business Comfort categories, a chair-bed serves as a sleeping place for a third person. In the rooms of the Lux category, the sleeping place for the third and fourth person is one double sofa bed. In the rooms of the DeLuxe category, two sofa beds serve as sleeping places for the third and fourth person. Sleeping places on chair-beds and sofa-beds are paid at the rate of an extra bed.

In Business Comfort and DeLuxe rooms, the selected bed type is not guaranteed if the reservation is made on the day of arrival after 07:00 PM.

The hotel has the right to cancel an unpaid reservation if guests do not check in before 6:00 PM without notifying the hotel.

The Romantic Package is included in the price of the Business Comfort room for Lovers and Suite for Lovers. This package includes festive room decorations, a fruit platter upon arrival, a complimentary gift from the hotel (champagne and chocolates), a discount voucher for the hotel restaurant, and breakfast delivered to your room.

The on-site restaurant serves buffet breakfasts.

Breakfast buffet is available: on weekdays: from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM; weekends and holidays: from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Restaurant opening hours: from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The kitchen is open until 10:00 PM.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

There is paid underground parking on site.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. Also, in case of early check-in or late check-out, the hotel asks the reception to clarify the possibility of early check-in / late check-out in advance. In case there are no rooms ready for occupancy, guests can leave things in the luggage room until the room is ready.
