Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Right after booking, guests are required to contact the apartment for check-in information. Russian citizens must have an original valid passport of the Russian Federation upon arrival. For foreign citizens — a foreign passport.

Day-to-day reservations are possible until 9:00 PM.

Round-the-clock check-in. In case of day-to-day check-in, it is necessary to contact the representative of the check-in facility in advance from 09:00 AM to 9:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Check-in is carried out remotely. The code from the electronic lock is sent only after the conclusion of an electronic residential rental agreement, confirmation of identity (selfie with passport) and full payment of the reservation and security deposit.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

For children aged 0 to 2 years, it is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. The cost is RUB 500.00 per day.

When booking for 1 day, cleaning is paid additionally.

It is prohibited in the apartment (upon establishment of these facts, a fine in the amount of an insurance deposit is withheld, as well as the amount of an administrative fine and damage caused):

-smoking (including electronic cigarettes, hookahs and mixtures);

-make noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (the law on silence of St. Petersburg);

-to hold parties and other mass events.
