Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

A prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Guests are required to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in time and receive instructions. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.

The property manager will meet guests at the residential complex at the agreed time. Should guests arrive without prior arrangement for the meeting, the waiting time could be up to 2 hours, and if arriving at night, until the morning.

Check-ins from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM are possible for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00.

How to reach the apartments: the landmark is the Sanatorium Metallurg bus stop towards Khosta. From there, go up along Vozrozhdeniya Street to the upper checkpoint. The administrator will meet you just after the pedestrian crossing and before the long turn.
