Ural Hotel

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Check-in to the hotel is available only upon presentation of an identity document and

- existing personal code, received from the portal, confirming the completion of the vaccination against the new coronavirus infection in electronic form or on paper, either one of the following documents:

medical paper on the disease caused by the new coronavirus infection, or certificate transferred the disease from the personal account of the portal of public Services (for persons from the date of recovery, which was not more than 6 months).

- a medical document confirming receipt of the second component of the vaccine or a single-component vaccine against a new coronavirus infection, or a certificate of preventive vaccination against a new coronavirus infection, including from the personal account of the Public Services portal.

- a medical document confirming the negative result of a laboratory test by polymerase chain reaction for the presence of a new coronavirus infection with a validity period of no more than 72 hours.

According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
