Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Immediately after booking, guests must contact the cottage administrator: this is necessary to pre-order additional services and receive instructions on self-check-in.
Early registration will allow to process information in a timely manner and guarantee high-quality services to guests.

The cottage can accommodate up to 13 guests.
For stays of only one night, an additional service fee of RUB 2500.00 will be charged.
After making a reservation, the guest must contact the hotel on Whats App to clarify all the details of the reservation and stay.
Extra bed: RUB 500.00 per day, baby cot: RUB 500.00 per day, playpen: RUB 500.00 per day.
The deposit is returned after checking the house (the next day).
There are no additional service fees for rentals of two days or more.
Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The cost of breakfast must be confirmed with the cottage staff.
After making a reservation, guests must contact the cottage administrator for check-in instructions, as well as to agree on additional services and accommodation details. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Bicycle rental (2 bikes available) - 500.00 RUB per day. Ski rental (cross-country skis, poles, boots size 37, 39, 44) - 500.00 RUB per day. Renting a set of board games - 500.00 RUB per day.
Table tennis (ping pong) (Villa) - 500.00 RUB per day.
Additional guest with or without overnight stay (Module and Loft) - 500.00 RUB per day. Additional guest with or without overnight stay (cottage Villa) - 1000.00 RUB per day.
Early check-in / late check-out by prior agreement (Module and Loft) - 500.00 RUB per hour. Early check-in / late check-out by prior agreement (Villa) 1000.00 RUB per hour.
Accommodation with pets is possible by prior agreement: dogs up to 35 kg or cats.
- pets are not allowed in bedrooms with carpeted floors;
- pets are allowed on chairs, sofas and beds only with blankets brought with them
- it is not allowed to bring adult unsterilized cats or cats in heat
- cleaning surfaces from animal hair, eliminating traces of vital activity in the yard is carried out for an additional payment of 500.00 RUB per day.
When staying with animals, an additional RUB 5000.00 will be charged to the main deposit (refundable). In case of heavy soiling, a cleaning fee will be charged from the deposit.
Use of the bathroom is included in the price. The use of hydromassage and chromotherapy systems is additionally paid for. Staff disinfect hoses and hydromassage tubes after each guest. The cost of the service is RUB 500.00.
A wood-burning sauna vat costs RUB 6,000.00 — it is filled with water and heated over wood to a temperature of 38 degrees. Firewood costs RUB 300.00 for 5-7 kg.
Sauna in the cottage:
Night unlimited tariff (11:00 PM-07:00 AM) - 2000.00 RUB.
1 hour - 500.00 RUB.
Warm-up time (2 hours) is not taken into account.
Tub with clean cold water (Module) 500.00 RUB.
Tub with clean cold water (Villa) (summer-winter) 1000.00-1500.00 RUB.
Fireplace insertion in the house, including firewood and cleaning (Villa) - 600.00 RUB.
Firewood (bundle 6-8 kg) - 300.00 RUB, coal - 300.00 RUB, ignition - 200.00 RUB.
Slippers - 200.00 RUB; bath set: cap and sheet - 300.00 RUB, bath broom - 300.00 RUB.
Renting a large hookah - 500.00 RUB per day, renting a 10-liter cauldron with a stove - 500.00 RUB per day.
Cleaning textiles from dirt/stains 500.00-3000.00 per unit.
Cleaning in the garden/territory/parking (if necessary) 500.00 RUB.
Final removal of household waste (more than one package) 500.00 RUB.
Final washing of dishes (including skewers and wire rack) 500.00 RUB.
Noisy parties are prohibited. Silence in the street after 10:00 PM.
Smoking in the house is prohibited.
Persons under 18 years of age stay under parental supervision. |
