The apartment is centrally located 5 minutes from the main attractions

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

The deposit is refunded on the day of departure to the guest's card. A contract is signed upon arrival.

The flat can accommodate a double bed when booking for 1 or 2 guests, one set of bed linen is included in the price.

When booking for 3 or 4 guests, you can additionally use a double sofa bed. The price includes two sets of bed linen.

If an additional set of bed linen or other accommodation format is required (for example, separate beds are provided for 2 guests), then guests must inform in advance (additional fee is possible).

The flat has contactless check-in, the entrance is carried out independently by PIN code, guests must notify the administrator in advance and receive instructions on check-in. Please contact the apartment by the number indicated in the booking confirmation, via Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat.

All children, regardless of age, are considered full-fledged guests and are accommodated in separate beds.
