Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Parking costs: 1 hour – RUB 300.00, 24 hours – RUB 2500.00.

City views are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

The cost of meals should be specified on the spot.

Dinners are served at the Gourmet Bar by Novotel restaurant from 06:30 PM to 09:00 PM. The format of meals can be changed by the decision of the hotel administration.

The hotel reserves the right to deduct the prepayment for booking from a bank card. Bookings without payment during high occupancy are not guaranteed and are only stored in the system until 06:00 PM.

Pets are available for an additional fee. Guests will also need to leave a refundable deposit. Small animals are allowed: cats, small dogs.

Citizens of Russia: Upon arrival, adults (14 years and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all children (under 14 years of age). If the child is traveling with a relative (except for parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon arrival.

The In Balance Spa offers a wide range of relaxing and beauty treatments.

The InBalance Fitness center and spa with pool are ideal for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. The services are located on the 6th floor of the complex.

The center consists of:

- Fitness center with cardio and weight machines;

- 17 m long indoor swimming pool;

- Children's pool 6 m long;

- Sauna and hammam.

Access to the spa and swimming pool is only included for Premium rooms, while guests staying in other categories will have to pay for access separately.
