Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Due to renovation work, the wellness center will be closed to the public from January 10 to January 20, 2025.

During the closing period of the wellness complex, hotel guests can use the wellness complex at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy.

When staying in additional places, accommodation is provided without meals. Meals can be purchased in advance or at the hotel. Breakfast is more expensive when purchased upon check-in and after check-in.

Please note that breakfast for extra beds must be paid separately at the hotel.

If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents to obtain it. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.

The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport, additional charges may apply. Guests are required to inform about their arrival 24 hours before arrival using the contact information from the booking confirmation letter.

The following services must be reserved in advance: spa treatments. The hotel will accept the order in case of prior request. To make a reservation, use the contact information from the booking confirmation letter.

There is no charge for children under 6 years of age if they are accommodated in the same room with their parents or guardians on existing beds.

To arrange for pets in the room, contact the hotel directly using the contact information from the booking confirmation letter (an additional fee is charged, the amount of which is indicated in the fees section).

**Additional payments**

The following fees and deposits are charged by the hotel at the time of the relevant service, at check-in or check-out.

Deposit: RUB 5000.00 per night when paying by card. The deposit can only be made with a Russian card or in cash in rubles.
