For early check-in or late check-out options, guests should confirm availability with the apartment manager. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Following an inspection to ensure compliance with house rules and the property's condition, the deposit is refunded to the guest's card.

For business travelers, accounting documents with a QR-coded receipt are available. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Staying under the influence of alcohol or drugs, hosting events, celebrations, parties, or gatherings is strictly prohibited.

Smoking of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and hookahs is not allowed.

Pets are not permitted.
