Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Remote contactless check-in is provided. Check-out is also contactless. A keybox is installed near the door, in which the key is located (the code is sent to the guest in advance, after paying for the stay and making a deposit).

The deposit is refunded after cleaning, but no later than 23:00 on the day of departure. Violations of accommodation are: smoking, accommodation of the number of guests over the stated number in the reservation, parties, complaints from neighbors about noise. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement, and are paid separately, at the rate of RUB 300.00 per hour.

Accommodation with pets is possible by agreement and is paid additionally.

The placement of children is equivalent to the placement of an adult. The studio is equipped with an open staircase.

The minimum booking period is from two days. An additional fee is charged for accommodating more than two guests.

There is no luggage storage service. There is no parking.
