The check-in instructions will be sent to WhatsApp or Telegram messengers.

If the payment method "payment at the hotel" is selected, then after receiving the booking request, it is necessary to make an advance payment within a day according to the terms of the rate, according to the details that the manager will send. Upon check-in, guests must present a passport of the Russian Federation and a residence permit. The contract of employment is concluded for the person who made the reservation.

The security deposit is refunded on the day of check-out, subject to the rules of accommodation.

The apartment does not accommodate guests under 24 years of age.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Guests are required to follow the silence regime from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 21:00 to 10:00, as well as follow the rules of living in an apartment building.

Events are prohibited, events must be agreed with the administration.

Pets are not allowed, accommodation with animals must be agreed with the administration.

There is an additional fee for late check-in after 10:00 PM — RUB 500.00.
