To confirm the reservation, guests must contact a representative of the apartment within 24 hours of making the reservation. Guests also need to make a prepayment in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay. The prepayment must be paid via bank transfer.

An accelerated online registration of guests is organized. Check-in and check-out are contactless, using a combination lock. Online registration hours: from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Guests must contact during designated business hours for contactless check-in information. Otherwise, check-in is impossible. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Late check-in and early check-out are only possible by prior agreement. The cleaning fee is charged additionally.

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, make noise after 11:00 PM, hold parties, as well as stay for guests not specified in the booking.

If guests need accounting documents, the hotel will provide them.

For guests from Kazakhstan: payment is accepted in tenge to the current account.

Since the check-in is contactless, the payment must be made in full amount before receiving the code from the lock.

Guests are asked to pay attention to additional payments.

Cash payment is not possible. Payment by card on the spot is not possible. Guests are kindly requested to arrange payment in advance.
