Conditions of early or late check-in are negotiated and paid separately.

A deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded on departure, subject to the rules of the accommodation and the absence of breakages or damage to the property.

The minimum stay is two days. Check-in for one day is negotiated individually.

The apartments are not rented for entertainment of any kind. Forbidden: smoking, noise from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.
