To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The check-in is remote. The check—in instructions are sent to the guest after providing a passport photo. Guests need to send the photo via WhatsApp, and the signature can be covered for security reasons.

After check-in, it is necessary to pay a refundable deposit, which is refunded after cleaning if there is no damage to the apartment or traces of smoking, including on the balcony.

The cleanliness of the apartment must be maintained by guests themselves — guests should wash the dishes after themselves and dispose of the garbage. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookah, tobacco and other smoking mixtures, as well as the presence of ashes in the apartment or on the balcony entails a fine. The apartment is not rented for parties.
