Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Check-in is possible until 08:00 PM, after 08:00 PM the check-in fee is RUB 500.00. Guests are required to contact the check-in manager in advance using the contact phone number provided in the voucher to arrange check-in time and key collection.

After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the rules of the house and the safety of the property, the deposit will be fully refunded to the guests on the card.

Parties, smoking/vaping of any smoking products and liquids, including on the balcony, are prohibited in the apartment. The fine is RUB 3000.00

Persons under the age of 18 can only stay with their parents.

The conditions of early check-in and late check-out are negotiated individually.

Documents for seconded employees are available upon request.
