Green Flow Hotel

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

From 12/01/23 the hotel changes its check-in time to 15:00.

Guests with children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter the spa center, outdoor pool and thermal zone.

Children from 2 to 10 years old are not allowed to enter the pool and thermal zone in the morning from 08:00 to 10:00 and in the evening from 20:00 to 22:00.

Guests are charged a prepayment of 100% of the cost of living.

If you cancel the booking more than 30 calendar days before the date of arrival, a penalty of the amount of the cost of one day of stay is charged. If you cancel the booking less than 30 calendar days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable.

Children from 0 to 6 inclusive without an extra bed are placed free of charge.

Children from 6 to 12 years old (inclusive) are accommodated in a room with their parents with the provision of an extra bed (euro folding bed) and breakfast for an additional fee.

Guests aged 14 and older are considered adults and are subject to an additional charge.

A baby cot is available free of charge on request for children from 0 to 3 years old.

Guests receive free ride on the cable car upon presentation of their voucher.

From Adler International Airport you can get there: By city buses No. 105 and No. 135 to the Rosa Khutor stop. From 560 m above sea level - Rosa Valley you can climb to Rosa Plateau - 1100 m mark on the Olympia cable car and then walk to the Green Flow Hotel, which is within walking distance. You can also get there by electric train Lastochka to the Rosa Khutor railway station.

Main hotel restaurant:

Breakfast: Buffet from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Daytime and evening: A La Carte format from 12:00 PM to 23:00 PM.

The lobby bar offers a variety of drinks, herbal cocktails, a large tea collection from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
