Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Late or early check-in guests must be discuss in advance with the hotelier by phone. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Smoking is prohibited in the residential area.

The reservation is made on an advance payment-deposit, which is returned upon departure. Also, for the reservation, guests must provide passport data. If the booking is canceled one day before the check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded.

The apartment is not rented:

- for events, holidays and parties;

- persons without documents confirming their legal presence on the territory of the Russian Federation;

- persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxication;

- guests with pets.

Check-in takes place strictly upon presentation of a passport and a contract.

The property does not provide hotel services.

The fine for breaking the rules is RUB 2000.
