Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Upon check-in, guests must sign a service or rental agreement.

Guests are charged a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one night stay. Prepayment must be made by the guest no later than 48 hours before arrival.

Contactless check-in is organized in the apartments. Guests can check in from 14:00 at any time convenient for them, even at night.

Guests are required to verify their identity by providing a scanned copy or passport photo — first page and registration, as well as a photo of their face.

Guests are also required to pay a security deposit. The security deposit is required to ensure the safety of property and compliance with the rules of residence. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, when the maid takes over the apartments. The administrator will send the necessary information.

On the day of arrival, guests will receive instructions for settling in and a code for the key box.
