Rules of accommodation:

Carefully treats the keys and the property of the apartment, including textiles: bed linen, towel, plaid, curtains.

You can not hold events, parties, holidays.

Guests in a state of alcoholic or other intoxication are not accommodated.

There are as many guests as indicated in the booking request. In case of violation, the deposit is withheld.

The security deposit is refunded after cleaning the apartment during the day, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation and the safety of property. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, damage to property, loss of keys, stains on textiles that cannot be washed in regular washing, but dry cleaning or more cleaning time is required, the deposit is not refunded.

Upon check-in, you must sign an electronic contract.
