Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

To check in, a contract is signed through a specialized CRM service (guest data is protected). To sign, you will need an email address and guest's passport. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Provision of reporting documents upon request in electronic form is free of charge, pickup - RUB 500.00, delivery - RUB 1000.00.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible only if possible or upon full payment of the previous or subsequent days.

The booking price is indicated for double occupancy, if 1 set of bed linen is used. If there are two guests, but an additional set of bed linen is required, then it is paid separately for an additional fee of RUB 500.00.

The cost may vary depending on the number of guests.

Prepayment is made through the website, all payments are made in non-cash form.

Cleaning is carried out after each guest. For long-term stays, cleaning and change of bed linen occurs once every 7 days. For stays of less than 7 days, cleaning is possible for an additional fee.

A security deposit is required and will be returned on the day of departure after cleaning until 5:00 PM. The deposit is paid before check-in.

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.

Noisy parties are prohibited.

Staying with animals is possible only by prior arrangement. The deposit amount increases when staying with animals.

This accommodation does not provide hotel services, but provides places for short-term accommodation.
