Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

Before arrival, guests must make an advance payment of 30% of the reservation cost by transferring funds to the hotel’s bank account within 3 days. Prepayment can be refunded only in case of illness of the guest after providing the relevant documents.

Within a few days after making the reservation, the hotel administrator will contact the guest and provide information on how to make a prepayment.

Early or late check-in is possible only by prior arrangement.

In standard rooms, a double bed means two single beds, shifted into one.

Extra bed is possible in the rooms: Standard double with a balcony, Superior double room, Standard double room, as well as in the amount of 2 places in the room Two-room suite with a balcony. They are paid separately on site upon arrival.

From May 1 to September 30, the cost of an extra bed is RUB 800.00 for children aged 4-12 years and RUB 1,000.00 for adults.

From October 1 to April 30, the cost of an extra bed is RUB 500.00.
