Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.

The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 500 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the house.

Please note that pets are allowed on request. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
