VAT indicated in the rates is obligatory for payment only for the citizens of Peru, regardless of the length of stay. Foreigners who present a valid passport during registration are exempt from this tax.

Know Before You Go

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for continental breakfast: PEN 10 for adults and PEN 10 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: PEN 8 per person (roundtrip)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: PEN 5.00 (roundtrip), (from 6 to 18 years old)
• Nearby parking fee: PEN 15.00 per night
• Late check-out fee: PEN 50.00 (subject to availability)
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• The national sales tax (18%) is charged upon check-out to citizens of Peru regardless of length of stay and to foreigners staying in the country for 60 consecutive days or more. Foreigners who present a valid passport and Andean Migration Card (Tarjeta Andina de Migración) at check-in are exempt from this tax. Furthermore, the tax may apply per room when the room is shared by a taxable and a nontaxable guest.
