Please note that the apartments can only be reached by stairs. There is no lift.

During booking, guests must state their expected arrival time, using the Guest Comments box. Arrivals outside of the regular check-in hours require an extra fee.

Please note that there is no reception. Check in must be organized by appointment before arrival (details will be sent to guests by e-mail).

Please note that parties are strictly forbidden in this apartment. Guests are kindly requested to note that this apartment has strict house rules to prevent noise in order to respect the neighbors.

On the day of arrival a security deposit of EUR 500 will be taken on your credit card. This will be refunded if the apartment is in a good state upon departure.
