Ramblers Self Catering Accommodation

Check-in time is from 02:00 PM to 09:00 PM as stated in your booking confirmation email. In case of check-in after 09:00 PM, guests must notify the hotel in advance by phone or WhatsApp, otherwise the reservation will be marked as a no-show. In case of check-in before 09:00 PM, guests must also inform the hotel.

Guests can call, text (SMS) or use WhatsApp to contact the hotel for information or assistance.

Guests must either bring a hard copy of the booking with them or show the booking confirmation email on their laptop/smartphone along with their passport (if non-Namibian) or Namibian ID (if guest is Namibian).
