As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Know Before You Go

• This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Reservations are required for golf tee times. Reservations can be made by contacting the vacation home prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Housekeeping fee: USD 35 every 3 days
• Crib (infant bed) fee: USD 25 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes
