As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: USD 10 per person (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: USD 20 per person (roundtrip)
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8 PM and 2 PM (amount varies)
• Housekeeping fee: USD 50 per day, varies per unit size
