The Royal Sands Resort & Spa All Inclusive

As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

Late check-out fee: USD 500.00 (subject to availability).

The Royal Sands All Suites Resort & Spa is a timeshare hotel.

A timeshare is a shared ownership model of vacation real estate in which multiple purchasers own allotments of usage, typically in one-week increments, in the same property. The timeshare model can be applied to many different types of properties, such as vacation resorts, condominiums, apartments, and campgrounds.

Please note that for guests’ stays crossing a Saturday night a room move might be required.
