As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

In the absence of incidents and ordering additional services at the hotel, the deposit is returned upon departure.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Breakfast fee: between MXN 280.00 and MXN 350.00 per person (approximately).

The hotel has two buildings. Guests of The VIP rooms and suites are required to check-in in the Altitude building, and guests of the economy rooms are required to check-in in the Grand building.
