As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to MXN 1500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please tote that currently the property can't handle direct online credit card payments, but you can pay via credit card on site.
