As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking. Please note if payment is through credit card, a 4% fee should be considered. If property does not receive a reply within 7 days after contacting the guest with deposit information, the booking will be canceled. Managed by a private host
