As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
• The property is professionally cleaned.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: MXN 1000.0 per accommodation, per stay
• A damage deposit of MXN 1000 will be collected before check-in.

• Late check-in fee: 50-percent of room rate for check-in between 11:00 PM and 2:00 AM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Kitchen/kitchenette fee: MXN 250 per day
• Gas fee: MXN 100 per night
