For honeymoon rooms, the guests must present a wedding certificate no older than 18 months beforehand or upon arrival. If not shown, a wedding certificate difference between the honeymoon rate and the regular rate will be updated if available.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the property prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Guests under 16 years old are not permitted at this adults-only property.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Early check-in is available for a fee, subject to availability.

The hotel requires a credit card as a guarantee.

In 2026, the hotel plans to completely renovate its first 150 rooms, which will be completed gradually. It is important to note that the rooms scheduled for renovation are located in the outskirts of the resort, allowing for complete isolation and seamless separation from the main guest area.

Renovation schedule: The renovation zone will be temporarily closed from May to September 2026. The gradual return of the renovated rooms is planned from June 2026 to October 2026.

During the entire renovation period, the vast majority of rooms, as well as all public areas, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues, will remain fully open and operating as usual. Due to the location of the renovation zone on the outskirts of the resort, guests will continue to be able to move freely throughout the resort, enjoy familiar routes, and enjoy all amenities, without any changes to the overall resort atmosphere. To ensure a high quality of guest service, buffer zones will be created, and strict supervision of the work will be ensured. Since most of the work will be conducted indoors, noise and visual impact will be minimal. Every effort will be made to maintain the atmosphere and service standards guests have become accustomed to.
