Guests are kindly requested to inform Paguro Maldives per WhatsApp or Viber arrival flight details as soon travel tickets are taken, in order to make transfer bookings. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation. Payment for transfer tickets are to be paid directly to the speed boat in cash. Guests paying by credit card will be charged 3.5% as credit card commission.

Guests are typically greeted at the airport exit by an airport representative holding a "Paguro" signboard. In case of a missed connection, proceed to counter D11 or use the airport helpdesk to contact the service free of charge. The boat traveling to Ukulhas is named Nevi.
