A security deposit of MYR 100 per night by cash or credit card pre-authorization is required upon check-in for incidentals.
The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Credit card pre-authorization will be released by Merchant Bank and it might take at least 14 business days after check-out.

A nominal flat parking rate of RM 3.00 per exit is applicable upon validation of the parking ticket from the reception.
The property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. The credit card used to make booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification of the same name. Lest, a new full payment must be made upon check-in on an alternative card or cash.
