Check-in is not possible after 07:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Standard Room : Children aged 6 - 12 years old will get a discount of 5,400 JPY of an adult price.
Standard with Bath Room: Children aged 6 - 12 years old will get a discount of 10,800 JPY of an adult rate.

Children age 0 - 2 years old will be charged JPY 2,160 per person per night using existing bed.
Children age 3 - 5 years old will be charged JPY 8,640 per person per night using extra bed with meals.
Guests over 13 years old are considered as adults.
Extra fee will be collected at the property.
The latest dinner time is 07:30 PM.
Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen).Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
