**Know Before You Go**

Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

There are many Japanese-style rooms in the hotel, and instead of standard singles there may be a futon (mattress on the floor).

If the guests is planning to arrive after midnight, they should call the hotel in advance and inform the hotel staff. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner.

The bathing tax is JPY 150.00 per person per night.
