Please inform your check-in time in the "Special Request" box upon booking.
The latest check-in time is 05:00 PM. For late check-in (after 05:00PM), please inform Agoda customer support.
Children Policy

Please note that children from 3-12 years old will be charged as below. (Pay directly at the hotel.)
0-2 years- free
3-5 years with Breakfast – JPY 3500 per night
3-5 years without Breakfast – JPY 2500 per night
6-12 years with Breakfast (mandatory)– JPY 4000 per night.
Children over 13 years old are considered as adults.

This can be done by noting in the Special Request box upon booking.
1) The number of the children and the age.
2) If Children 3-5 years, Need breakfast or not.

Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Meal

If you need breakfast (JPY 1,000 yen) or dinner (JPY 2,000), please inform the hotel in the "Special Request" box upon booking.
This can be done one day before check in. Please pay by cash directly at the hotel.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Please note that Parking is Free from April to November. From December to January, it costs 1500 JPY for the first night and will be charged 500 JPY per night from the second night.
