Check-in is between 02:00 PM and 09:00 PM. Arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours is not allowed.
Children 1 years and over are considered as adults.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 7:00 pm or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Premium Wooden Cottage has a more spacious terrace than Wooden Cottage. Room size and amenities are the same. For more details, guests are advised to contact the property directly.
The front desk will close at 10:00 PM so please check-in before 10:00 PM. Guests who do not check before 10:00 PM will be treated as no-show automatically.
The property offers limited transfer service to FamilyMart in front of Okuma Beach, which is available only for guests who are difficult to drive with automotive navigation system.
The property also can guide you by their car, however guests need to pay if guests take taxi.
There is no private bathroom and toilet for Japanese style room.

The property is located very close to the summit of the mountain, so there is a possibility that your cell phone will be out of range. Please note that Internet is not provided.

The property is surrounded by mountains, so when the temperature is high, tropical small creatures such as geckos and ants may occur.
