Guests who wish to receive breakfast during their stay must book a breakfast included rate plan. Breakfast requests made after booking are not accommodated. Please note: National Route 138 between the Miyagino-Sengoku Exits is closed until further notice. During this time, guests driving to the property by merging from National Route 138 to Prefectural Route 723, or by taking the Tomei Expressway (approximately 20 minutes from Gotemba Interchange). Guests may also choose to travel by public bus from Odawara Station (transfer required), or express bus from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal.

Know Before You Go

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
