Guests who want to eat dinner at the hotel must make a reservation 1 day in advance.

Summer meal options (barbecue or Japanese multi-course meals) are available starting 16 July 2013. During the winter season, meal options include Japanese shabu-shabu, Chinese hotpot or traditional multi-course meals. Please make a request in the Special Request box when booking. Japanese multi-course meals will be served if not requested otherwise.

The hotel's free shuttle from Kawaguchiko Train Station runs between 15:00 and 17:00. Please call upon arrival at the station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The free shuttle from the hotel to Kawaguchiko Train Station is available between 10:00 and 11:00. Please make a reservation in advance, and confirm the departure time at the front desk.

Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
