A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.

All the guests, including the minors from 0 years old are mandatory asked to provide a valid Photo ID (identity card or passport) when check - in into hotels (D.L. of 23/05/2011 no. 79 - the circular of the Ministry of Interior n. 400/A/2012/23.1.3 of 05/03/2012, art. 109 T.U.L.P.S. - D.M. 7.1.2013 of the Ministry of the Interior).

Check-in from 4 PM to 10 PM. Check-out until 10 AM. For arrivals after 8 PM prior communication is required, after 10 PM a supplement of EUR 30.00 to be paid on the spot.

Infant: Baby crib not available.

Other mandatory charges to pay on the spot: Deposit and Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette upon guest’s care or EUR 30.00).

Pets: Small size pets are allowed.

Optional charges to pay on the spot: Bed/bath linen rental.

The price includes: energy consumption.

Penalty for early departure is 100% of the total amount.

Please be advised that Italian cities might request a City Tax, which will always have to be paid directly to the hotel by the customers.
