Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for in-room wireless Internet: EUR 5 per day (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 5 per pet, per day
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8:30 PM and 11 PM (amount varies)
• Late check-out fee: EUR 40 (subject to availability)

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 100.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 25 per accommodation, per stay
• Towels/sheets: EUR 10 per person, per stay
• Seasonally adjusted heating fee: EUR 5 per person, per night
