You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 500 per accommodation
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 31 March, EUR 0.50 per person, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April - 31 October, EUR 1.00 per person, per night
• Cleaning fee: EUR 310 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on unit and length of stay)
• Administrative fee: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay
• Electricity fee: EUR 0.35 per stay for use per kWh.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 20.0 per stay
