You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-ins are allowed (before 3pm) if the calendar is available - the additional cost to be paid is € 15 (modalities will be communicated) For a two-room apartment with a bunk bed, check-in is managed automatically through the Vikey app. In case of appointments on site for the delivery of the keys, the payment of Euro 25 will be required, to be paid to the person in charge for arrivals up to 20pm; all arrivals after 20pm are subject to a surcharge, which is € 20 until 11pm and € 40 after 11pm.
