If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. Late check-in fee: EUR 20 from 20:00 until 22:00; EUR 40 from 22:00 until 00:00; EUR 60 from 00:00 until 01:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. For Stay Longer than 10 days utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included. Readings will be taken at check in and at check out.
