The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 90 per vehicle (one-way)
• Pet fee: EUR 35 per accommodation, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability, amount varies)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per night
• Facilities fee: EUR 4 per person, per day and includes use of: spa tub; swimming pool
