There is no reception desk at the hotel, but independent check-in is done - for this you need to send a photograph of the main guest’s passport and credit card information (number and expiration date) to the hotel’s mail in advance to pay for cleaning. After that, guests will be sent instructions for entering the apartment along with the exact address.
