למניעת התפשטות של וירוס אבעבועות הקוף (Mpox), משרד הבריאות האינדונזי חידש את הדרישה לבדיקות בריאות לנוסעים ממדינות אחרות (הן תושבים אינדונזיים והן אנשים ממדינות אחרות) שנכנסים לאינדונזיה החל מ-27 באוגוסט 2024. דרישה זו כוללת מילוי טופס הצהרה עצמית בשם SATUSEHAT Health Pass בפלטפורמה מקוונת ייעודית לנושא זה.

The hotel is undergoing renovations.

1. Types and timing of repair work:

— Conversion of guest rooms (partial): completion planned by the end of 2025.

2. What time will the work take place?

— From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from Monday to Sunday.

3. Are loud noises/heavy machines used? Will the work be visible to guests?

- The work area will be fenced with a barrier to provide guests with a calm and refreshing visual environment. Most of the heavy work will be done outside during the day, resulting in reduced noise levels.

4. Are any facilities closed?

— All public institutions and restaurants continue to operate as usual. This will not affect your experience of visiting the beach, pools and other hotel facilities.

6. Is compensation offered?

— No minimum stay: free room upgrade (from Deluxe Garden to Deluxe Pool).

- Minimum stay of 5 nights, the hotel gives the guest the choice of a room upgrade or 1 dinner (food only) at Ikan Restaurant for 2 people per stay.

One child under 12 years old stays at the hotel free of charge, subject to the placement of a parent / guardian without an extra bed.

Breakfast for the child is not included in the price of the reservation and if guests need it, then an additional charge will be required.

Deposit: IDR 1,000,000.00 per room per night

No pets, including service animals, are allowed at the hotel.

 

Fee for buffet breakfast: IDR 350,000 per person (approximately)

     

Airport shuttle fee per adult: IDR 240,000 per vehicle (one way)

             

Rollaway bed fee: IDR 660,000.00 per night

 

New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner Fee (per adult): IDR 1,452,000.00

New Year's Eve (31 December) Gala Dinner per child: IDR 726,000.00 (children 8 to 11 years old).

 

The above list contains all fees indicated by the hotel. However, the amount charged may vary depending on, for example, the room to be booked or the length of stay.
